Safety glass – Application   Safety glazing should be used where, due to the operation terms, a danger of breaking the panes exists and people are present in the shatter area (hospitals, schools, kinder gardens, shop-windows etc.). Panes with increased protection against burglary are used, if the given object should be protected and at the same time the aesthetics of the facade or partition wall shall be maintained. Casting resin glazing is composed of two or more windowpanes which are joined by a resinous layer to each other.

The task of bullet-resistant windowpanes is as the name suggests, the protection from bullets. Their application depends on risk level, classification of the object to be protected and the people who are present in the danger zone.
